Under the patronage of His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas. The Bethlehem Governorate, with its three municipalities (Bethlehem, Beit Sahour and Beit Jala), held its second conference for the Palestinian expatriates, entitled “Rajiin Ya Dar”, on Thursday, the 11th of July 2019.
His Excellency Dr. Ramzi Khoury, Director General of the Palestinian National Fund and President of the higher Presidential Committee of Church Affairs in Palestine, participated in the launch of the conference.
Hundreds of Officials and dignitaries attended the conference , including the Prime Minister Of Palestine, Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh. Governor of Bethlehem, Major General Kamel Hameed. Member of the Central Committee of Fatah, Major General Jibril Rajoub. Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Rula Maayah. Chairman of the Palestinian Land and Water Settlement Commission, Minister Musa Shakarna. The Mayor of Bethlehem Anton Salman. The Mayor of Beit Sahour , Jihad Khair. The Mayor of Beit Jala ,Nicola Khamis, and many Christian and Muslim religious officials, representatives of institutions and over hundred Palestinian expatriates from more than twenty countries.
