Member of the PLO Executive Committee and Head of the Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs, Dr. Ramzi Khouri, delivered a speech on behalf of His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas during the Christmas Mass, held in Bethlehem. The event was attended by His Beatitude Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, the representative of His Majesty King Abdullah II, Jordanian Minister of Interior H.E.
